Returns Eligibility

ERNDTHRDS offers a 30-day return period from the date your order is received. To be eligible for a return, all items must remain in the exact condition they were delivered in, meaning they must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags still attached. Items must also be returned with proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt. Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, ERNDTHRDS will offer a refund, replacement, or repair depending on the nature of the issue. Customers must contact us within a reasonable time frame of receiving the item to report the issue, and once approved, ERNDTHRDS will cover any return shipping costs associated with faulty or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items

ERNDTHRDS does not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery. Items returned without their original tags or not in their original condition will also not be accepted.

Refunds Process

Once your return has been received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. You will be notified of the outcome of your return request, and if approved, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days and issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

ERNDTHRDS offers exchanges for size changes, subject to product availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
